It is my job to help my client find a home that fits their needs, assist in negotiating the right price, help in obtaining the right financing, and managing the process before, during, and after closing to make sure that my client comes out on top.

When working with a client who is selling a home, my goal is to construct a plan to sell a home at the price my client seeks and the terms my client will be happy with. At Baird and Warner we do our best to give a property for sale maximum exposure to the general public and work to sell a home within a short period of time.

I can produce the desired results for my clients by applying my knowledge, education, and experience in the Chicago Real Estate and economic environment and applying my skills in a manner appropriate to my clients’ unique situation and needs.

Experience:

  • 2 Years as a licensed real estate agent who has participated in purchasing, selling, and leasing transactions.
  • An investor who currently owns a small portfolio of residential properties and have experience in cash flow and financial analysis on investment properties.
  • Worked in a corporate environment for over three years as an accountant and accounting analyst. I have been able to apply skills developed here to real estate related transactions
  • Helped most of my clients obtain funding from the City of Chicago and/or the state of Illinois to assist buyers’ in purchasing a home
  • Have experience is the field of residential development
  • Have a degree of familiarity with: the Chicago tenant/landlord ordinance and condo associations
